Sparks of Inspiration

Short pieces of hope and encouragement from fellow survivors — honest, unpolished, and written to light the way on your own journey to recovery.

Sparks are short personal pieces — reflections, observations, moments. They do not try to teach or resolve. They offer something smaller and often more useful: a sentence that names something you have been carrying without quite being able to say it, or a brief account of a real experience that turns out to have been someone else’s too.

Read them in any order, at any pace. Some will land immediately. Others might mean more on a different day.
